Mission Statement:

The Riverside Plaza Tenants' Association exists to build a cohesive community, which embraces the diverse cultural and economic realities of the Riverside Plaza residents, and to represent and further the interests of these tenants.

Our goal is to facilitate positive communication among residents, and between residents and the owners and management, with the purpose of developing a safe, quality, accessible and affordable home. Through the active participation of all tenants in an inclusive and democratic process, tenants will realize their power and gain confidence, pride and sense of belonging and ownership in the community.

Riverside Plaza is owned by the Riverside Plaza partnership. Since Riverside Plaza Tenants' Association enjoys a unique position as one of the partners in this partnership, we shall take full advantage of this status in addressing tenant concerns.
